System Control Unit

The control unit is the central element of the spark detection and extinguishing system, ensuring coordination of all components and automatic response to ignition sources.

The system operates proactively, detecting and eliminating potential ignition sources before the development of fire or explosion, which is critical for industrial processes.

Functional Capabilities and Response Logic

Detectors → Control Unit → Suppression → Equipment Shutdown

The DC1 control unit processes signals from spark detectors and manages the operation of the extinguishing system:

Connection of up to 4 spark detectors (SDN / SDD)

Control of up to 2 automatic suppression modules

Monitoring of 1 or 2 independent installations

The system implements a two-stage response logic:

Stage 1
Immediate suppression and alarm activation

Stage 2
Automatic shutdown of ventilation, aspiration, or production equipment
