Spark Extinguishing System

Extinguishing nozzles are a key component of spark detection and extinguishing systems, designed for the immediate elimination of ignition sources in conveying and aspiration systems.

The system creates a localized water barrier that effectively suppresses sparks and hot particles before they reach filters, silos, or other equipment.

Operating principle

Upon receiving a signal from the spark detection system:

 The valve opens instantly

Water flow is monitored via a flow sensor (flow switch)

A suppression zone is formed within the pipeline

The system operates at a pressure of 5–10 bar, ensuring stable and efficient extinguishing performance.
