RINGSPANN's LAFF series flanged chucks and LBDF series flanged chucks are among the precision clamping devices that have set the tone in metal cutting for years. These chucks guarantee excellent results wherever cylindrical parts need to be centered and clamped internally or externally in the automotive industry, aeronautics or pump and gear manufacturing.
The heart of these flange chucks and mandrels are their RINGSPANN clamping discs. They are combined into ring-shaped and preloaded packages with a width of 4.0 to 20 mm, depending on the number of discs. Their size corresponds to the diameter of the clamp required for processing the part. It is up to 170 mm for cartridges and 200 mm for mandrels.
