DURABELT SHUT™ is a fully enclosed belt conveyor by SKIF, designed for operation in dusty and explosive environments. The sealed housing with 12 mm wear-resistant plates, reinforced rollers, and UHMW-PE lining ensures complete tightness, minimal product loss, and stable performance with capacities up to 1,500 t/h.
The conveyor is engineered for long-term operation (30,000+ hours) and enhanced safety: ATEX 21/22 versions are available, along with belt misalignment and speed sensors, emergency pull-cord, and hatch and pressure monitoring.
