Cable reel - CR1/65
The Safe-Ground CR1/65 cable reel is designed for use with Safe-Ground grounding rods and is specifically engineered to provide an effective low-resistance connection between mobile objects and Safe-Ground grounding control units. This ensures the safe dissipation of static electricity.
The cable reel is supplied as part of the StuvEx grounding system and comes with an ATEX-certified grounding rod and connector.
Operating Principle
The CR1/65 cable reel features copper contact rings and special brushes that ensure minimal resistance. As part of the StuvEx grounding control system, it provides an effective, low-resistance (<10 Ω), and continuous connection, fully compliant with IEC/TS 60079-32-1.
Convenient cable winding and unwinding is achieved through self-lubricating guide rollers. A locking mechanism secures the cable every 50 cm. Additionally, the reel includes an automatic rewinding mechanism, allowing the cable to retract automatically after use.
The swivel bracket provides a wide range of applications. The CR1/65 cable reel is suitable for use in both industrial environments and ATEX zones.
