When working with mobile objects (truck, drum, big bag), grounding is often forgotten or done unreliably. Using simple indicator lamps does not guarantee safety. In such cases, continuous grounding control is necessary to prevent spark discharges.
Operating Principle
Resistive System (S604)
Detects low resistance of conductive objects and stationary installations.
Universal application: drums, carts, wagons, metal objects.
Eliminates human error during connection.
Conductive System (S804)
Determines the conductivity of Type C big bags.
The system recognizes that the clamp is connected specifically to the big bag and not to another object.
Conductivity measurement confirms that the big bag meets requirements (especially important for reuse).
When two clamps are used, conductivity is tested through the material of the big bag.
The ATEX-certified S804 grounding control system consists of a control unit, grounding clamp, and cable or cable reel.
