BROCK® Easy-Flo scraper conveyors provide reliable and long-lasting performance in most grain handling applications. BROCK Sur-Flo conveyors are designed for operations that require continuous, round-the-clock use.
Easy-Flo Conveyor Standards
All drives consist of a Class II mounted shaft reducer, pulleys, bushings, drive belts (safety factor 2.0), belt guard, torque arm bracket, and motor mounting.
The bottom and side liners are made of hardened AR200 steel.
Standard galvanized finish. Stainless steel finish is optional.
Conveyors ranging in size from 9 x 13 inches (229 x 337 mm) to 22 x 20 inches (559 x 514 mm) use return chain rollers made of ultra-high molecular material. Conveyors sized 26 x 20 inches (660 x 514 mm) and larger utilize a chain return guide system.
C-type sprockets are made of flame-treated steel with a hardened rim. Split style is optional.
The maximum incline when using standard equipment is 5°. Conveyors can be inclined up to 10° when using closely spaced coils.
Standard 50 and 100 curve sections are available for additional elevation of Easy-Flo and Sur-Flo conveyors.
Additional Sur-Flo Conveyor Standards
The head and tail sections feature removable shafts and bearings for ease of maintenance.
The bottom and side liners are made of AR400 steel.
Central tensioning mechanism with a hinged guide.
Removable sprockets with staggered teeth.
The productivity of BROCK chain conveyors ranges from 60 t/h to 1,200 t/h.
