VIGIFLAM VQ
VIGIFLAM VQ is a rectangular flameless device that integrates with the standard VIGILEX rupture panel. It is effectively used both indoors and outdoors. This is a quick and convenient solution that serves as a cost-effective alternative to bulky and expensive piping installations.
Description of VIGIFLAM VQ
The VIGIFLAM VQ provides reliable protection against low pressure, effectively preventing the spread of flames and glowing particles. At the early stages of an explosion, the explosion vent opens, directing flames and unburned dust into the fire extinguishing system. The leakage of flames beyond the VQ is limited by the dissipation of energy in the filtering element, which reduces the combustion temperature below the ignition level. Dust remains in the VQ, while gases are released into the atmosphere.
