Reliable Flap Valve with Wear-Resistant Coating for Bulk Materials

The two-way symmetrical flap diverter ensures even distribution of the product in two directions at a 45° angle through two side branches. This type of valve is available in various configurations: with manual control, as well as with pneumatic or electric drive options.

Among the key advantages of the flap diverter is the use of high-quality wear-resistant material, which allows it to be used without additional lining on the working surface. The absence of external components in the design minimizes the risk of lining material particles contaminating the transported product, ensuring the safety and high quality of the grain or other bulk materials.

 Compliance with ATEX Directive Zone 21; 
 Galvanized inspection port cover;
 Designed for processing bulk materials;
 Valve body thickness – 4 mm;
 Material – steel;
 Tilt angle – 45°;
 Coating: RAL7032 paint, one layer;
 Particle separation – from 0.5 mm;
 Square cross-section, window size – 250×250 mm;
 Especially suitable for grain gravity-flow systems.
