Our rubber-fabric belts are reliable solutions for bucket elevators and conveyors, designed to operate in challenging industrial conditions. They combine high strength, flexibility, and abrasion resistance, achieved through a multi-layered structure reinforced with polyester-polyamide fibers.

Key Features:

 Enhanced impact resistance and stable shape under load

 Low elongation (VLE – Very Low Elongation ~0.8%)

 Operating temperature range from –25°C to +80°C (up to +150°C for heat-resistant types)

 High resistance to oils, fats (vegetable, animal, and mineral origin), moisture, and abrasive particles

 Antistatic and fire-resistant coatings (ISO 340)

 Long service life thanks to reinforced pulley-side coating (3+1 mm)

Types of Coatings (JET Series):

 JET OIL VLE – for oily environments, with low elongation

 JET FLAM / FLAM VLE – fire-resistant, anti-oil

 JET FDA VLE – for the food industry, with white NBR coating

 JET ABRA – anti-abrasion belts for high mechanical wear

 JET THERM – heat-resistant belts with EPDM coating (up to +150°C)
