INDI
This line is designed for the transportation of artificial cargo.
It is divided into three models of conveyor belts: Lift & Grip, Carton, and Cotton.
INDI Lift&Grip
Multi-layer rubber belts with honeycomb patterns on the top cover, intended for transporting items on steep conveyors. The underside is smooth and uncoated. Two types of cover patterns are available: Lift features a honeycomb pattern made of rubber, while Grip has a honeycomb pattern made of fabric.
Both covers are available in various versions:
Black A is suitable for transporting standard cargo such as packages, boxes, and cans.
Black G is an oil-resistant type of belt suitable for transporting cargo where oil may come into contact with the belt. For example, metal sheets or machinery products.
Beige belts are suitable for transporting clean items, including pharmaceutical products and perfumes.
INDI Carton:
A specially designed model for cardboard production.
The framework consists of three layers of cotton or polyester, separated by a rubber layer. The top cover is made of clear non-slip rubber that does not leave marks on the transported items. The bottom cover has a coating designed to allow smooth movement on rollers or slippery surfaces.
INDI Cotton:
A model for rubber production and rubber products.
Cotton belts consist of three, four, or five layers of cotton without any intermediate layer. Depending on the type of use, these belts may be covered with a 0.5 mm thick red cover (Type C) or remain uncoated in beige (Type B).
Cotton belts are typically used for transporting pieces of unprocessed or vulcanized rubber.
