STIF is successfully engaged in dust removal devices for conveyor and bucket elevator belts within the M-Scraper range. It is no secret that the material being transported can stick to the conveyor or bucket elevator belt on both sides. As a result, the uneven adhesion of the belt occurs between the drum and the working side of the belt, leading to unwanted tension effects and an increase in the wear level of the working cover. Naturally, all this leads to accelerated wear of the transported unit elements, slippage of the belt, and increased loads on the drive.
M-Scraper: Universal Scraper for Conveyors and Elevators
M-Scraper has been designed for compatibility with all types and configurations of conveyors and bucket elevators. For ease of installation, supports can be positioned in all directions. The design ensures optimal contact with the belt. The M-Scraper is available in painted steel or stainless steel. Blades are offered in stainless steel, tungsten, polyurethane, and tungsten-reinforced polyurethane. All M-Scraper components are interchangeable, and the system is scalable, allowing you to change the type of scraper throughout the device's lifetime. There is also a V-Scraper version, where the scraper is made in a V-shape.
