The construction of the conveyor belt is directly related to the conditions of its operation. The belt is regularly subjected to high mechanical loads, so it is made up of several layers of material. The choice of covering depends on the field of application of the belt. For example, PU belts are typically chosen for the food industry, rubber-fabric belts with increased abrasion resistance are used in the mining sector, and rubber-fabric belts with self-extinguishing properties are preferred in metallurgy.

CONVEYOR BELTS

These are the driving and carrying elements of belt conveyors and their modifications. They are used in the vast majority of industrial production sectors, agriculture, mining, and logistics.

Conveyor belts transport bulk, piece, and unit loads in a horizontal position and at angles ranging from 0° to 90°.

Depending on the area of application, the construction elements, and the technical parameters, the belts can be made of PU, PVC, and rubber fabric.

ELEVATOR BELTS

This is the main element of a bucket elevator or other similar mechanisms, which serves to vertically transport cargo.
The primary function of the bucket belt is to transport the product from one location to another during its extraction, storage, loading, and other operations.
