VigiFLAP is a non-return valve designed to prevent the spread of excess pressure or flame as a result of an explosion at the outlet (dust collectors, filters, cyclones ...) in the pipeline system.
The valve is held in the open position by the arm of the lever. It can be used both at the inlet and outlet of the filter.
This allows you to isolate the filter from explosion or excessive pressure.
In the event of an explosion, the valve closes and remains blocked, preventing the spread of flames.
The shutter is opened manually.

In order to obtain the Atex certificate (No. INERIS 19ATEX0016X) in accordance with the EN16447: 2014 standard, explosive tests were carried out under the most extreme conditions as close as possible to the reality of product use, for example:

- Pipeline connected to the valve:

All tests were performed with the pipeline connected after the check valve was closed.

- The non-return valve is fully open:

During the test, the non-return valve remains fully open until the corresponding actuation moment.

- Ventilation panel on the test tank:

No open ports were used during testing, but vent panels were always used.
