SKIF Food-Grade Stainless Steel Bucket Elevators

Food-grade bucket elevators are a specialized range of vertical conveyors designed for the food industry, manufactured entirely from stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316. The design ensures stable conveying of flour, cereals, sugar, salt, cocoa, premixes, additives, and ingredients without the risk of contamination, product loss, or damage to product structure.

The elevators provide smooth product flow, eliminate dead zones, enable fast and easy cleaning, and ensure consistent performance in continuous processing operations at food production facilities. 

 Material of the bucket, head, and boot of the elevator: stainless steel AISI 304.

 Three types of buckets: HDPE, stainless steel stamped or welded reinforced buckets AISI 304 for transporting sugar, salt, and other abrasive materials.

 JET FDA VLE white elevator belt produced by STIF, France.

 Lining of the head and boot of the elevator with PE1000.

 Lining of the drum with STIF JET LAG plates made of white food-grade rubber.

 Explosion-venting panels STIF.

 Optionally: belt misalignment sensors, speed sensors, support systems, other monitoring and protection systems STIF VIGILEX, M-JET+ monitoring system, control cabinet, and more, control block, inspection hatches, protection systems.
