Brock® offers a variety of distributors and accessories to help you distribute grain or other materials in multi-compartment processing and storage systems. From whole grains to feeds and fertilizers, Brock can help you deliver your product where it needs to go.
Choose from a wide range of standard sizes and configurations of distributors.
Products include flat-back distributors, fully circular 360° distributors, and rotary distributors with 6, 8, 10, or 12 outlets, with diameters ranging from 6 to 16 inches (from 152 to 406 mm).

 The inlet and outlet openings with angular flanges are present in all distributors.

 Standard outlet openings are lined with 14-gauge soft steel. Other liner options are available.

 The inverted cone design prevents material accumulation.

 Large access doors are designed for easy removal and replacement of distributor components.

 Cleaning doors on the back of flat-back distributors provide easy cleaning and additional rust protection.

 The internal rotary casting rests on two flanged bearings and is designed for easy removal and replacement.

 Built-in dampening boxes on the Brock 45° rotary heads prevent grain damage during product distribution.

 Abrasion-resistant (AR) steel liners in the lower half of the internal rotary casting on Brock 60° distributors ensure increased service life.

 Finishes in galvanized and stainless steel are available for Brock distributors.

Brock® distributors are available with manual control via a pipe or cable, as well as with electronic control using an easy-to-use touchscreen interface. The Brock touchscreen panel allows for manual or automatic control of one or two distributors. Even if you start with manual control, you have the option to switch to electronic control at any time using the Brock control kit.

 Each outlet can be assigned a user name of up to 20 characters.

 Each output position is controlled by its own limit switch.

 The AC drive controls a motor with a brake, ensuring the distributor chute is held in place.

 The frequency-controlled drive provides smooth stopping to reduce wear on the turning chute and shaft.

 Travel switches prevent accidents.

 The controller has an Ethernet port for connection to other automation systems.

 Only a single-phase 120V AC power supply is required. It can be used at a frequency of 50 or 60Hz.

 Manual pipe control includes a lower floor stand, upper cable pulley bracket, and foot pedal, along with less pipe and cable.

 Manual cable control includes an upper cable pulley bracket, lower control lever, and knife pedal, without the cable.

 Inlet pipe with a square flange and a wear-resistant (AR) steel liner.

 Outlet pipes with round or square flanges.

 Rotating chutes and discharge openings are lined with a 1/4 inch (6.4 mm) urethane liner.

 Galvanized 10-gauge construction.

 Removable end panels provide access from either end.

 Rotating chutes rest on bearings.

 Maximum flow angle of 50°.

 Drains are operated by a roller chain drive with forced drive from a C-shaped gear reducer with a brake.

 Limit switches are housed in a dustproof enclosure located outside the distributor for easy maintenance.
