DOUBLE DESTONER
The EKOTACK machine is used in the cleaning sections of flour mills and grain processing plants for removing stones, glass, and other non-magnetic impurities from grain. The uncleaned product enters the machine, where it is subjected to vibration and airflow. The vibration motors are installed at an angle of 43 degrees, and the machine's inclination ranges from 6.5 to 8 degrees. This difference causes the stones to move in jumps towards the stone discharge area. The cleaned grain, being lighter, is moved under the slope to the discharge area thanks to aspiration.
