ASBELT CONVEYOR BELTS
ASBELT is a manufacturer of conveyor belts made from PVC and polyurethane, founded in Istanbul in 2002. The company produces a wide range of conveyor belts, drive belts, and tension belts for the food, textile, ceramics, printing, woodworking, and other industries.
Features of Conveyor Belts with Structural Surfaces
The production line primarily consists of PVC conveyor belts for general use and those approved for food applications. The color of the belts varies depending on the area of application and can be white, green, blue, black, or gray.
Some belts have not a smooth but a structural surface, such as "reverse pyramid," "waffle," "super grip," diamond, or square patterns.
The thickness of PVC conveyor belts ranges from 1 mm to 13 mm and is selected based on operational conditions, specifically: working load, type of product, diameters of existing drums, and type of conveyor (trough, inclined, Z-shaped, or straight with the belt moving across a table). In addition to thickness, an important parameter is the number of fabric layers that form the belt's carcass and determine the tensile load of the finished product.
The belts can be joined into a loop using hot vulcanization, mechanical connection (lock), or supplied in rolls with open ends. For elevator-type conveyors, Z and L-shaped, or other complex designs, conveyor belts can be manufactured with corrugated edges, inclined or straight partitions, cross members, profiles, waves, or special fingers.
