MODULAR CONVEYORS

The conveyors manufactured by “START-UP” LLC, based on modular belts or plate modular chains, are used for transporting the following types of products:

 Meat products: transporting meat with and without bones, minced meat, semi-finished products, sausage products, packaged products, and empty containers.

 Transporting bottles and other containers on bottling lines and subsequent transportation using plate chains.

 Canning: transporting vegetables and fruits, legumes, and grains.

 Confectionery: using modular belts in processes such as cooling, freezing, and drying of products.

 Snacks: transporting snack products at various angles of inclination using complex modular belts with dividers, edges, flow separators, blades, and more.

 Semi-finished products: transporting meat and fish products, various types of minced meat, dumplings, vareniki, cutlets, meatballs, and others inside cooling tunnels and in freezing chambers.

 Transporting other food and non-food products in areas related to temperature fluctuations, water treatment, and other liquids, requiring ventilation of the belt.
