Why Choose Our Service?

EXPERIENCE:
We have our own production facility and have been providing services since 2014.

QUALITY:
We use an automated pneumatic machine for perforating rubber-fabric belts according to European standards, which does not disrupt the structure of the belt cord. Our specialized equipment ensures consistent quality of the longitudinal cut to the exact required size, as well as perfect cylindrical holes, guaranteeing easy attachment of the belts and buckets, and long-lasting performance.

SAVING YOUR TIME:
Our automated rubber-fabric belt perforation service helps save your technician's working time while maintaining the belt's performance.

INDIVIDUAL APPROACH:
Belts are cut according to your specific request to the required dimensions.

WARRANTY:
We provide a 1-year warranty on rubber-fabric belts.

The price depends on the volume of work, the material of the belt, and the availability of the belt in stock. If the belt is in stock, the turnaround time is from 2 to 5 days. For custom belts that need to be sourced from European warehouses, the delivery time may range from 3 to 8 weeks.

For a comprehensive order of rubber-fabric belts, buckets, and attachments, the cost of perforating the belt for the buckets is included at no additional charge.

How to correctly form a request for a belt?

To correctly select the belt, it is necessary to understand the following belt specifications:

  • Width
  • Length
  • Tensile strength
  • Conveyor length, bucket height
  • Material and size of the buckets, pitch between them
  • Product handling characteristics (type, temperature, oil resistance, abrasiveness, aggressive environment, etc.)
