Bearings
High-quality bearings are used in production, lubricated for the entire service life with lithium-based grease with an NLGI 2 consistency for bearings 6204, 6205, 6206, 6305, and an NLGI 3 consistency for bearings from 6306 to 6312. This ensures minimal rolling resistance and maximum resistance to water washout.
Finishing Process
The rollers first go through a machine to remove scale, after which they are cleaned with solvent and coated with an anti-corrosion inhibitor. The ends of the rollers are then coated with enamel paint. Upon request, the tube body and its ends can be hot-dip galvanized for additional corrosion protection.
