Most belts are produced with an antistatic core, but there are belts available for metal detectors without carbon fiber inclusion to prevent false triggering.
The belts can also differ in traction cord; it can be rigid for use on straight table conveyors and flexible for use on turning conveyors and in troughs.
Our warehouse and service center are located in Kharkiv, where we cut to size and splice conveyor belts using hot vulcanization or lock installation methods. In addition, we can manufacture complex belts with partitions, corrugated edges, and guiding profiles for L-conveyors, Z-conveyors, inclined conveyors, etc. If necessary, splicing conveyor belts using hot vulcanization can be performed directly on the customer's conveyor with the help of a thermopress with air cooling.
