VORTEX FILTRATION SYSTEM
The inlet channel directs the incoming flow along the curved surface of the filter’s cylindrical housing, creating a vortex motion in the dust-air mixture. This generates centrifugal and inertial forces acting on the particles. Larger particles lose momentum and settle in the collection cone, while finer dust moves to the second stage of purification — the filter elements. The purified air then passes through the filtering material, entering the clean air chamber, while dust accumulates on the surface and within the pores of the filter sleeves. Using a fully automated cleaning system, the unit employs short pneumatic pulses for efficient filter sleeve cleaning, triggered either by time or pressure drop, which controls the operation. After the cleaning cycle completes, the filter returns to its original operating parameters.
